The room had good air conditioning. The bed was very comfy and tidy. I found the central location helpful. Everything was close. Valet parking next door was very convenient and easy to access.

Staff at the reception were accommodating and cute, especially when I needed an extra hour for checkout. The desk manager, Fang, helped when I had an issue and shifted me to another room.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The food service menu seemed unappealing to me. I wanted something that would entice me more to order.

The room was a generous size, including a balcony and a big shower. I stayed on the 17th floor. The views were GREAT. The restaurant buffet breakfast was EXCELLENT!!!
The noise level during the night was not ideal.

i found the stairs at the entrance with suitcases a bit difficult.
